do bailey and jez know each other?
i think they probably must, because iirc they’re the same age, or only a year apart? idr for sure. plus, bailey’s family is somewhat well known with her dad working in law, and, well, everyone knows the holloways. i don’t think she’s a particularly big fan of him, or anyone in the family, really, but she would be polite enough unless he was bothering her? she’s never been especially comfortable with being hit on and jez is a flirter and all that, so she’s definitely gotten a little cross with him a few times but tried to be careful about telling him to back off because she doesn’t want to make trouble for herself.
jez has the same passing interest in her that he does in any attractive westsider, but probably never thought of her as someone he needed to be in good graces with it. although i’m sure the holloways all showed up for andy’s funeral and jez’s version of comfort was probably vowing to find out who shot him and making them suffer...
