Does anyone else think Sharon and Andy are gonna have a heated discussion about everything that Hickman has been saying and Andy is just gonna slam the letter down and walk away. IM SO CONVINCED AND I CANT GET IT OUT OF MY BRAIN. If it doesn't happen; I might just write it as a short fic 😂
Can you possibly do a (17) Shy kiss turned (18) Surprised kiss for Shandy? Thank you!!
(I don’t know if I did this right, but I tried…)
Sharon Raydor goes all out for theholidays, especially Christmas. Andy’s known this for years. Two years ago heattended her Christmas party with most of the division, and last year he’dbrought the party to her when the case they were working kept them at work. Both years had been fun; Sharon threw a good party.
This year, it’s different for him. Thisyear Sharon’s not just his boss, or his friend, or the ridiculously beautifulwoman who’s smiling brighter than the lights that decorate the Christmas treehe’s standing beside.
This year, Sharon’s the woman who makeshim laugh on the phone when he calls late at night just to hear her voice.Sharon’s the woman who looks worried whenever he’s hurt and fusses overinjuries and cares about him. Sharon’sthe woman who likes to snuggle into the side of his body and hold his hand anddoes this thing where she breathes in the scent of his skin in a way she thinksis discreet but he notices every time.
This year, Sharon’s the woman that endsup standing in front of him under mistletoe.
The room gets quiet – really quiet – and Andy can tell by thelook Sharon is throwing over her shoulder to where all three of her childrenare, failing at keeping straight faces, that one of them is responsible forthis.
And it’s not like he’s never kissed herin front of people, or like he hasn’t kissed in front of at least half the roomalready. It’s just that there’s mistletoe, and his heart is beating a littletoo fast, and he’s not really sure why he feels so…nervous.
“For Pete’s sake, kiss the woman already. We don’t have all day.”
Sharon laughs and raises an eyebrow, headtilting. “Well, Andy…”
Andy licks his lips and wipes his handsoff on his pants before putting one on her arm and carefully leaning towardsher.
He’s not really sure how his light peckturns into Sharon leaning up to his mouth and capturing his face between herhands to kiss him properly. It shocks him, because he can feel her taking hislip between her own and sucking on it in that way that makes his blood feelthick and hot as it travels through his veins.
Usually Sharon makes these small gaspswhen he takes her by surprise and pulls her into a kiss, but it’s him this timethat lets out a surprised noise, a low grunt that he hopes only Sharon hears asher tongue touches his lips and then she pulls away from him, ending the kissfar too soon for his liking.
He chases her mouth and hears laughteraround them and has to blink his eyes open and take a full step back to feellike he won’t push her up against the nearest wall and get lost in her lusciousmouth. Sharon’s eyes twinkle and her lips have formed one of those smug smirks, because of course Sharon knows howweak he gets from kissing her.
“Wow,” he says lamely when no other wordscome to mind, and then everyone’s laughing again and paying attention toeverything but them. But Sharon’s smiling and looking at him like she might befalling in love with him (a little more), and Andy’s thinking this might be thebest Christmas party Sharon’s ever invited him to.
Summary: “There's liquid lip color in her hand the shade of pink rose petals when she's always preferred a darker lipstick. He'd said that he liked the way it looked, complimented her on the new choice of lip color when she grabbed it out of her car that day she couldn't find her lipstick because she was in a rush.”
Summary: If your Friday night doesn’t include turning your special someone on in public, dancing, being pushed up against furniture, and lots of emotions, you’re just not living your life right. Or at least that’s what Andy Flynn would tell you. (In which Sharon and Andy do all of those things and more.)
