I just finished editing and elaborating on my essay for AP 12 that's due tomorrow. Both my teachers had told me to talk more about what my words meant and to not just write the words. So that's what I did. It took me about two hours to go from the 9 pages I had to 11 pages and my works cited. It's supposed to be a 10-12 page paper. But the point is it's done and I actually feel very proud of it so I hope my teachers like it. Fingers crossed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Cute story of the day

So today I was at work and I met this dad and his little four year old daughter. She was absolutely adorable. She was running around the store and saying cute things as any cute kid does. And so when the dad's companion was trying stuff on, he started talking to me. And he called his daughter Mami. Like mommy. And I asked him why. And he told me it was because his wife had died in a car accident last year and his daughter's name is actually marni. But he calls her Mami with an I because she looks so much like her mom and he doesn't ever want his daughter to forget her. And the lady in the fitting room was his sister. I just thought it was the cutest thing ever and it's really nice to be able to meet interesting people.
