9. Your favorite non-main piece (e.g. shoes, blouses, bags)
I am a big fan of plush animal bags even if they are useless as bags usually. In the past, Baby's Nekokumyas have been king, but what about THIS year?
I love Neko Noir (or Noir Neko, officially). It looks so traumatized by life.

25. What is your current dream dress?
My wishlist:
Meta Pintuck Tiered JSK in mint green, dark green or dark pink (these do not exist yet). There may be other colors that I am not thinking of that I would also buy.
Atelier Pierrot Long Bustle Lace Up JSK but in plus size (which also does not exist yet. I would sell my current one with this as a replacement, and maybe even get a black x purple version as well)
Plus size Atelier Pierrot Princess Sleeve blouse in white or ivory (if they ever restock this)
BABY PLEASE RELEASE NEW NEKOKUMYAS or else I will just continue to buy Atelier Pierrot cat mascots.
Meta Plus Size Sweet Tartan Ladder Lace Frill JSK in the black/red colorway that I missed because damnit I was being financially responsible at the time.
I have regrets. But also, if Meta does another plus size dress with red tartan and black trim, I will accept that instead.

22. What’s a motif/pattern you love?
Cats and flowers for prints. Florals, checks and tartans for patterns (but not together).
23. What’s a motif/pattern you dislike?
Polka dots are cute but I have not come across a dress with polka dots that I want to actually buy.
Minnie Mouse ahh coord, but it IS cute.
I guess I am also not into rabbit or bear prints, even though they are pretty cute. Just not for me.

More florals, more cats, more gingham, more tartan. Metamorphose currently has a Gardening Teddy release, but has anyone considered making a Gardening Kitty design?

Oof, in this economy? New brand, including shipping and tariffs and such, $350 USD. This is why I have been especially picky in what I buy the last few years.

It's not really even wishlist level anymore, but I sure wish Baby would release their Karami JSK again. The sax and lavender pop up a lot on Closetchild, but I want pink.

14. Most worn piece in 2025?
CuteQ's Sayuri skirts are SO easy to wear as lolita or lolita-adjacent, so I ended up wearing this like 4 times. CuteQ was gone too soon.
15. Least worn piece in 2025?
I actually did not wear any Angelic Pretty this year. Partially that I am outgrowing it on a physical level, but also on a spiritual level. 2016 me would have never expected that.

13. Goals for next year?
In 2025, I acquired 5 JSKs (1 preorder from 2024, 4 bought this year), and I sold at least 4 JSKs.
At the moment, I have some more JSKs that I am thinking of selling, and another that I don't see myself ever wearing but it's so pretty that I want to hang onto it. So in 2026, I hope to sell these!
I have 1 preorder that I expect to get in 2026 (Meta Gobelin Bouquet), but otherwise, I would like to only acquire 4 new main pieces in 2026.
