How do I starve myself without gaining weight? I keep gaining weight whenever I don’t eat. And when I do eat I gain double the weight. So like what am I doing wrong? I only drink water and vitamin waters. Never soda or anything sugary or filled with calories. So why am I gaining or maintaining when I don’t even eat? I restrict on weekdays then eat on the weekends. Why am I not losing weight?!!! Also I can’t workout like at all I have no energy from no eating. Pls message me what to doooo
