Beelzebub - Lucifer's Most Loyal Follower

This inspired me to post about them. This is a mostly fandomless interpretation but they can work with GO and SPN canon. I've seen both. Goes by he/him and they/their pronouns may be she/her later idk.
Beelzebub was a product of his mother's desperate attempt to get away from her father. She laid with her soulmate and produced him. Sometime later her soulmate mysteriously died.
Michael and Lumiel found about him Beelzebub was 700. Their mother was Oertha, Omniel's older sister. She along Omniel had been raped by their father, her for her beauty more than anything else. Beelzebub going then by Bezaliel (Shadow of God) was adopted quickly by Lumiel.
His siblings found other families to call their home. Though the six of them remained close as they grew.
Bezaliel's father Forcas had disfigured the child horribly in his twisted experiments. Runes and scares criss-crossed his face and body. His wings had been cut clean past the bone.
Lumiel was protective of him the moment he met him. Bezaliel remembered his formative years being about Lumiel drilling into his head that looks weren't everything.
Intellect was. If you were smart, if you strived to be the smartest person in the room there was nothing anyone could say.
And even if they tried what did it matter? They could never match his intellect anyway.
Bezaliel took the words to heart, and strove to be the best in everything he did. He was close to the archangels as well, maybe not as close as he was to Lucifer.
But he wasn't an idiot, even at 700. Connections were everything in Heaven so he cultivated them as one might cultivate a garden, or friendships.
By the time he was 16, he had a wide range of friends, most angels who met him were impressed with how smart he was, or at the very least that Lumiel had taken someone like him in at all.
He used everything he could to his advantage. This was a time in Heaven where the Mazes were still operated. The Mazes were exactly what it sounded like. Training exercises designed in a maze like setting. It was envisioned by Archangel Samael and all the angels he trained in them - Azazel, Teme, Bezaliel, and Gadreel, to name a few would go on to become revered and feared for their ability to fight.
Samael's students were known for their ability to adapt to any given situation. They remained calm in the moment of fight, moving past their adrenaline.
Bezaliel had been a favorite student of Samael's for his ruthlessness in the Mazes. A fact that though got him in trouble, still endeared him to the other archangel.
Bezaliel was 16 when the Rebellion occurred. He watched as Gadreel was imprisoned for something he didn't do. To Bezaliel's growing frustration and disgust.
Bezaliel wished to fight but he was relegated to the nursery just like every other angel under 20.
When Lucifer finally fell Bezaliel had had enough of Heaven's bullshit. He decided to slip away.
Before he could Seraphiel caught him. Seraphiel was only 11 and barely hanging on after everything that had happened.
He begged Bezaliel to stay, he even promised he wouldn't tell anyone of them being Destined just like Bezaliel had asked.
Bezaliel loved him, he really did. But Seraphiel would be fine, he had his brothers and Fraciel.
Lucifer had no one, no one competent anyway.
So Bezaliel said goodbye to the kid and left.
A part of them still missed Seraphiel but he would be fine.
When he had gotten to Hell, the other Fallen were barely hanging on - they were broken and desperate.
It disgusted Bezaliel more. They were handpicked by Lucifer, the moment he was gone they fell apart? Idiots.
Bezaliel quickly set up a system whereby every Fallen newly arrived, born later, or Fallen later, was required to give up 1/3 of their power to Lucifer.
It could be siphoned to him in the cage which was the easy part, the hard part had been to get every Fallen to agree.
Luckily appealing to their heartstrings worked more or less, and when it didn't there was always violence.
He didn't take up the role of King of Hell preffering to let the Fallen fight for that title. He didn't much care for the politics of it all.
He was here for Lucifer no one else.
By the time Azazel took the throne after Noah, Bezaliel had shed his angelic name, he went by Beelzebub.
He remained mostly in the shadows, making sure no one ruined what he had built. As Lucifer got closer to freedom he decided to make Lucifer a present.
He went to find every Fallen and have them sign their name. Outwardly it was for Lucifer to count who was still alive.
But Beelzebub had enchanted the paper - those who had written their signature would never be able to desert. They were required to stay by Lucifer's side till the very End.
The first name on that that piece of paper? His own, angelic and otherwise.
Beelzebub placed it in Lucifer's personal chambers in Hell, sealing it off from everyone expect for Lucifer, Azazel, and himself.
He would die with Lucifer if that's what his fate was.
The sad irony of all of this? If Lucifer had had a moment to talk to him during the Rebellion or after, he would have ordered him to remain behind.
Not just for Beelzebub's safety but because he should be happy. He should have grown up with Seraphiel. He should have had someone to love.
But Lucifer hadn't been there, hadn't been able to tell him any of that.
