Prologue: The Glowing Gems
Demons and angels lived in harmony for many years. One day war broke out. This war lasted for a thousand years, and ended with the demons winning.
Angels lived in hiding for many years until one angel blew flower petals down on Earth from the Crystalline Realm in search of help. The crystal petals found themselves with teen girls for many years, making teams of magical girls. The angel who blew the petals gave his family’s location away on accident and was banished from The Crystalline Realm. When he was banished, he was also transformed into a magical axolotl.
This angel’s name is Adriel, and he has been the “mascot” of magical girl teams for many years.
Demons are known to lure humans in and use human life force to reproduce, killing the human. There is a low chance this will result in a human child. That human child can obtain a gem petal and become a magical girl.
The demons can also use negative energy to make humans and angels into their slaves and sometimes into a monster.
A powerful team of magical girls is destined to overthrow the demon ruler of The Crystalline Realm and bring peace back to both The Crystalline Realm and Earth. That team has not yet been found.
