Rydia had noticed how Eiko had seemed sad lately. It seemed because of Zidane, probably because Garnet had now reached that world. They had one talked about the little girl’s crush for the one who had helped her without any fear, but Rydia still WORRIED. She knew she shouldn’t since Eiko loved both of her friends and wanted their happiness, but she couldn’t see a child being sad without talking about it. Rydia had felt that way, too, a lifetime ago, when she had still been a child and had just met Cecil. When she had learned about Rosa’s existence, her heart had broken. Now, she totally saw Cecil as a brother, but she understood how Eiko could feel, because of her own past.
She approached her and put a soft hand on her shoulder. “Eiko. Are you alright ?” She asked. She wanted to talk to her about the past feelings she had for her friend, but she had to initiate a conversation first.
