Snuggled up & sleeping soundly ♥
After making love, Gabriel had easily fallen asleep. Keeno watched him for a while, his mind unable to rest, before he finally climbed out of bed. He wasn’t sure how long he’d stood at that window, watching the snowflakes fall one by one onto the frozen ground outside but it seemed to calm him somewhat. Never in his life had he been so scared, so close to death. Instead of letting the panic take control he did the only thing he could think in that moment & went to Gabe. It felt as if he’d spent the past two months living in a neverending horror film, brightened only by the moments he’d been with the bachelor. Both frightened, they’d found understanding & comfort in one another. His mind continued to drift until he felt the warmth of the shorter man’s body behind him. You okay? Gabriel whispered, gently pressing his lips against the blond’s shoulder. Keeno nodded in response. Just thinking. A lot on your mind? Both men began to laugh quietly. Nothing they’d been through was humorous but their nerves were frayed & it was all they could do not to collapse. Outside they could still hear the authorities searching for anything related to the deaths that had occurred at Nate’s hands. A chill ran up Gabe’s spine as memories of the past 8 weeks flashed in his head. Keeno sighed softly before answering, bringing Gabriel’s focus back to their conversation. I just feel really lucky to be standing here now, with you, for so many reasons.
I love you, Gabriel. Can’t you see? I only did this so that we could be together. Don’t let them do this. Don’t let them keep us apart, Gabriel. I need you. I.. I love you. Don’t you love me too? We can be together. We can be happy; I can make you so happy.
Nate’s relationship apparently wasn’t high enough for the amorous hug or some hand holding so instead gave him flowers & then a pick up line... that doesn’t seem to be very well received *sigh*
