THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GETTING ANGRY AND HAVING AND ANGER ATTACK.
Guys, please. There’s such a big difference yet they’re treated like the same. As an individual with AMP this is extremely annoying when people say they’re the same thing. Getting angry is normal. Everyone does it. You might yell for a bit. But anger attacks are a whole different board game. Sometimes they can last for a long time, and that’s even worse. In anger attacks, your back/shoulder area twitches (feels a bit like jolts of electricity are going up it), you tense up, breathing gets heavier, gritted teeth, etc. In some bad ones I’ve had I’ve had to be restrained by parents, which resulted in me punching my mum in the arm. I regret it a lot but I couldn’t control myself. Please bear this in mind when comparing the two. Thank you!
