“But you actually talked to them about how you felt, right?” Tidus gave a cheesy grin. He wasn’t even that much older than the other blond. ...Why was he taken so seriously again?

A song about Argath: Night of the Hunter by 30 Seconds to Mars
@angryblonderedemptionarc ...
Papers rustled in her hands as she reordered them, frowning over the now familiar scrawl. This was not what she’d had in mind when she’d mentioned reviewing the border treaty with Kashuan - yet it seemed that someone had taken into their mind to throw in a king’s ransom of useless details.
Dross, no doubt, meant to stave off her attention to the actual problem.
A sigh left her as she opened the door to her workroom, intending to at least finish her recent project before returning to this headache. The sound of boots scuffing, a harried inhale and the faint tingle of foreign magic brought her guard up. She hesitated in opening the door, straining her ears for any other sound. No one was supposed to be in this room. She locked it regularly, both with key and magic.
So who, or what, had found their way inside?
The papers went into a pocket of her robes, fingertips growing warm as magic coalesced between them. She pushed the door open slowly, ready to immobilize whoever had found their way into her private sanctuary. Blond hair caught her eye, but it was when the figure turned that she paused and shock crossed her face.
“Argath?”

A screen in Hux’s room is suddenly overtaken by black goop that seals over it and gives it a mirror-like quality. In it, a young man appears to be on the other side, muttering to himself and tapping the screen on his side confusedly. His hair, skin, eye, and clothing colors have all been greyed out… though this may not actually be the case for him…
“I don’t underst–! …Oh.” His expression relents to something akin to neutral surprise, as he realizes there’s someone on the other side now. “Well uh…” His hand and arm drops to his side. “…this is rather pleasant… I suppose.” He appraises the beleaguered general for a moment, and seems impressed with what he saw. Subsequently he adopts a stiffer, more militaristic pose. “Greetings. I am Argath Thadalfus. To whom am I speaking exactly?“
Well now, this was new. Very new. And something completely different from Ren’s usual method of vandalism. The General had been about to get up and demand a subordinate retrieve the rampant Sith via comm when the odd substance had almost spontaneously changed texture, warranting his interest further.
And then it had become less like a mirror and more like a typical holocall when the (young? The lack of colour made it difficult to tell) man came into view. It had almost seemed like a surreal holofilm if the fourth wall had not seemingly been immediately broken, and Hux found himself thrown into a social interaction the likes of which he had not even remotely scheduled.
Still, perhaps tiptoeing into the unknown couldn’t be so bad, it’s not like he was going to be able to get this screen back after this anyway.
“General Hux, of the First Order. I’m hesitant to ask but what exactly have I been forced to experience and why have you done it? The files on this screen were in the middle of being proofread.”
Argath steps back from the screen, more towards the shadows of the strange place he is in.
“Ah. I finally got this thrice-damned mirror to work! ...At least... I’d imagine it’s a mirror. Though it may very well be magical... it seems to ‘remember’ my words in some capacity. This should be int--” He is interrupted by words appearing at the top of the screen. “Read... this?” The blonde rolls his eyes. “Ugh. Very well-- ahem. I am open for asks and requests, should you find reason to pester me here... What do you mean I read it wrong?!” ((OOC: WE ARE OPEN, BABY! Hope you all enjoy this little rp/ask blog and the story that may well be implemented soon! ))

Tidus grinned lightly. “I don’t know I took most of the blame for it. Aside from that one weirdo that blew fire out his nose the rest didn’t seem that bad. It’s just hair, sheesh.” He shook his head and chuckled that time. “I guess I can understand why people were upset, but there’s nothing wrong with being blond. I know I like being one.”

“I did not mean to cause you duress.” She inclined her head at his greeting, regretting for a moment that her actions had caused him to become nervous. That had been the least of her intentions. Yet he did not give off an air that he might flee, which made her feel a little better. “I only meant to extend a greeting. Thank you, ser, for allowing me passage into your own abode.”
That was the correct way of phrasing it, Anima hoped. Their surroundings blurred when she tried too hard to stare directly at them. She abandoned the attempt, instead fixing the young man before her with a tiny smile of her own.
“It is not an inappropriate gift, I hope. In my own country it is common to present a visitor or new acquaintance with a present to suit their liking.” Her face softened as she watched him consider the bar of chocolate, his amazement bordering on endearing. “Should you ever feel inclined to visit, I shall do my utmost to welcome you with all due hospitality.”
