Angst WIP is a lil thing I keep trying and rewriting in various POVs and timelines. Here’s a snippet ;

“Ginny is sitting at the kitchen table, and Harry’s stomach flips.

It’s been hit or miss each night he comes down here, he always hopes she is here, but it doesn’t happen often. His heart races as she lifts her eyes from her tea to his face, her eyes look worn and sad.

Harry can’t decide if it’s better or worse to see her tonight.

He aches for a proper goodbye, but he knows she won’t have it and that makes it worse somehow.”

I really like the prompts I’ve been going off, but I’m not sure where the story is going. I find it funny that you asked about these two, because they’re connected. The angst fic I’ve been working on is my inspiration for the train fic.

The train fic is a multi chap I’m trying to piece together. It’s based on my headcanons for Harry and Ginny way back to each other post war. I say headcanons because I can never decide what I really think will happen, so I want to write them all. Multiple stories all centered around Kings Cross.

“I think it’s best you don’t come tomorrow.”

Her voice echoes across his mind, fading into a slow buzz. The static that follows her words doesn’t make the pain any easier.

“Gin- Ginny. I don’t.”

“It’s better, safer this way.”

“Safer? You can’t honestly believe that, can you?”

It’s almost as if he hears a small sigh before the line clicks off.

He’ll spend a long time replaying the conversation in his mind, but at 11:00 the next day - he finds it hardly matters any longer.”

Tagged by: @rainingskyguy I have way too many WIPs but ig uhhhh “Oh, dear Hyouga-chan, how I truly thought I would never have to suffer the agony of gazing upon your face again.” Gen throws his head back with a bright smirk and a wave of his bound fingers. “And yet here we are, trapped in,” He looks around, soft gray eyes scanning blank walls, looking for some indication of where exactly he is. “…this place.” He finishes with a soft frown, “And I’m forced, once again, to gaze upon your features!” He tilts his head back as far as bound wrists will allow, as if swooning, “I don’t know if I can take such torture, Hyouga-chan! What do you want?? I’ll give you whatever you like!”

Currently at like 14k? I’m not sure if I’ll ever manage to finish it
