Very random but oh well. I just love how every angst reader/writer refer to angst fics or drawings as food and we are hungry shadow demons or something. Not even the evilest of vilains could defeat us, we would just drag him to our realm and feed of his fear. ( whoa that got dark, woops)
Oh sweet anon I have to agree with you! We angst creators are very powerful indeed. Why if you gaze into the depth of the angst pit I call home you’d see…
though I have had friends make me spruce it up some. The fairy lights are pretty and I even put a nice rug down here, and it doesn’t smell like half rotted vegetables anymore either! I even have a cozy reading nook and it smells like cookies… just ignore the bottles of tears I have on the fireplace mantle just over there, nothing to be concerned with truly…
5 Ways to Know Your Angst is GOOOOOD
1. "HOW DARE YOU/HOW COULD YOU!?"
2. You're crying as you're writing/rereading it
3. You cannot stop laughing diabolically as you envision your readers' reactions
4. You get shivers just thinking about if this happened to you
5. Your readers keep getting mad at you when you say "oh just you wait til you see what I have cooking THIS time."
BONUS: Your readers have started adopting your characters in promise of protecting them from you.
Made a discovery about myself today. Writing the angst for Young K taught me that I don't think I have an angsty bone in my body. I may have angsty moments but I have too much fluff and smut in my soul. There's nothing wrong with angst, I just don't see myself writing something in that category. A reason for that is because my dear friend mentioned to me how I like nice guys. The idols I write for and love are nice boys and it's unrealistic to have them be mean. Not all angst has to have the idol being mean, sure. But myself as a person and as an artist, I put myself in my work too often and guess what, I'm not a mean person. Never have, never will, and I accepted that. Should I put myself out of my work? I don't know, some of my best work has a piece of myself in it and the reader can see that. All in all, I write because I love it, not for glory or notes. Would I still accept requests? Absolutely (in fact, please request or send asks, I love interacting) If they ask for angst? I'll try. I'm sorry that this post was long, making discoveries about myself as an artist is very monumental in my life and I feel like I need to share. If you'd like to discuss with me on anything (your opinion on angst or whatever you'd like to say), feel free to message or send an ask (anon or not). I hope this doesn't hinder your view of me as a writer, I only started posting in January. Thank you for listening ❤️
I wonder if Penny can die naturally by old age... or if she’ll live forever unless her core is destroyed...
