Do you know of any wig that would look best for Cecil? I'm gonna cosplay as him but unfortunately I don't have a white wig e A e I'm gonna be doing like a combination between your Cecil and meadowrue's. I just like the hair flip thing he has in both designs. My cosplay is mostly done, I just need recommendations for a wig.

Those can be difficult to find. I’m not familiar with meadowrue’s design but  when I was searching for my own Cecil wig I found this:

It’s called the southern gentleman wig, which looks really cheap but i like that it’s white and it has no bangs.

Someone else a few days ago suggested that Cecil cosplayers could look for “Jean wigs” because they’re two toned and short haired but I don’t know if that’s what you’re going for.
