Aniah Blanchard’s remains possibly found by November 25 l She is Missing student
We're going to start with our breaking news in Macon County, where remains believed to be missing, Lee County College student and I am Blanchot has been found.
The Alabama State Bureau of Investigation confirmed that information this afternoon. Now, we're told that the remains were found near Highway 80 in shorter making county is between Auburn, where Blanchard was last seen, and Montgomery, where her car was found abandoned with her blood inside. And we've learned that a third suspect has been charged in Blanchard's disappearance. Lee County District Attorney Brandon Hughes says that David Johnson Junior is charged with hindering prosecution in Montgomery. We're awaiting his mug shot at this time. Officials with the Auburn Police Department say a witness inside the store saw Abraham razeed forced Blanchard into her car. Investigators testified the witness says that he didn't come forward sooner because his wife told him to stay out of it. Court documents note that surveillance video placed Blanchard and yazeed at the Auburn convenience store at the same time. That was when Blanchard was last seen. That was on the 23rd of October. And court documents allege the second person charged in the abduction of an eye, Blanchard, helped yazeed in her kidnapping. Probable cause was found claiming Antoin Squirmy Fisher provided easy transportation and got rid of the evidence. Fisher was arrested on Friday Montgomery by Auburn Police and was booked into the Lee County jail with no bond and on kidnapping charges. A gag order has been issued in the case against Fisher is. It was last in court last week where a judge ordered to submit a DNA sample after prosecutors presented evidence of a man's DNA inside of Blanchard scar. We're told that the case has been sent to a grand jury. A gag order is also still in place for the case against razeed. A hearing is set for December 4th to see if it will be lifted.
