          Walking backstage, Roman was quick to respond to everyone who said hello, who enjoyed the fact that he was back.Hell, he enjoyed the fact that he was back, even for a little while, enjoyed catching up with people he worked with and considered family.  Pausing for a moment, Roman let himself lean against one of the walls and take a deep breath, closing his eyes to center himself, calm himself for a few moments. Opening his eyes, he startles at the sight of AJ a little ways away, talking to someone, his heart pounding heavily. He can remember the last time he saw the female, how much his heart hurt when he was saying goodbye, but how he had to do so. And how much he regretted that decision ever since. Sucking back a breath, Roman moves from the wall and takes a few steps forward, waiting for AJ to stop talking to the other person, someone who worked backstage, but whose name was failing him then, so he could go up and say hi, no matter how awkward it would be.

“Hey, don’t think I won’t hesitate to drop your little ass if you mock my poor decisions again, woman!” Of course Daria was being just as sarcastic as April was, because she’d never hurt a hair on her girlfriend’s head, but April was right, and nine times out of ten, Daria was so busy focusing on work, and figuring out ways to spend enough time with April, that she didn’t pay attention to minor details. Or in this case, major details, because she surely hoped this snow storm ended, before she had to fly out to Houston. Luckily, she had a few days to worry about that, and thank god she saw April had stocked her fridge up, because she was pretty sure there were enough things in there for them to make homemade pizza. Before Daria answered April’s question, she eased behind the smaller women, where she was looking out of the window, so she could wrap her arms around her from behind, as she pulled her in closer to her frame, so she could place a kiss against her cheek. “If you’re not afraid of me setting the kitchen on fire, I’m pretty sure I can whip us up something homemade.”

Playing With Fire

Kane paced back and forth in the locker room of Monday Night Raw after his one-sided mixed tag match with Daniel Bryan against CM Punk and AJ Lee. The reason for this being that he had not only ended up in the ring with the diva as his technical in-ring opponent (due to an accidental tag-in) but she had climbed right up on him and made herself quite at home before kissing him right on the lips. Now The Big Red Monster was no stranger to being kissed before nor initiating a kiss himself but the bold move had been so left-field that it actually stunned him to the point of leaving the ring completely and now there he was in the back just as confused and thrown off as he was in the ring. The biggest thing that stood out to him was that dangerous smile she had, it was a twisted sort of grin he never expected to see on the face of one of the ‘prepped and preened’ divas of the WWE.

Honestly, the last diva he recalled with such character and spunk was his ex-wife Lita. Kane had seen them come and go but none would quite have the fire that Lita did.. but AJ didn’t need to. The brunette had her own blazing inferno just waiting to get the catalyst it needed to ignite and perhaps she could even be quite the destructive force herself if she chose to feed those flames. The more twisted side of Kane was eager to see just how much potential she really had and if it would be worth his time to nurture the fires of destruction and insanity within her.

Though, at the moment he found himself staring back at his own reflection in a mirror as he couldn’t stop contemplating what had just transpired. He realized that he would only become more lost in his thoughts if he kept standing there idly or shatter the glass with his fist as he’d done in the past so he decided to keep his brain and body active and went for a walk, making a round around the entire backstage area of the arena to try and clear his head of the fire that AJ Lee had attempted to set his body ablaze with, a kind of fire that never boded well for him, the fire of desire.

Daria wasn’t really sure why April was freaking out so much, because it wasn’t like they were two strangers who’d drunkenly hooked up, and ran off to some wedding chapel and done something stupid. Okay, maybe what they had done would be considered stupid, but still, they’d been dating for awhile now, were madly in love with one another, and planning their future together. Did that future involve marriage? Daria wasn’t exactly sure, because it wasn’t something they’d actually discussed before, because Daria knew April’s reservations about marriage, after everything that happened with Phil, but if Daria had it her way, she’d marry April any damn day of the week, drunk or sober, so she wasn’t freaking out about any of this, in the slightest. “You know what, Ape? I’m seriously about to consider going down the the courthouse, so we can get a quick annulment, because your voice is seriously killing my head right now!” Of course she was only joking, but soon, Daria got serious again, as she pulled her girl.....wife, in closer to her, making sure she wrapped her arms around her as tightly as she could, before placing a loving kiss against her forehead. “Listen, just calm down, okay baby? Everything will be okay, and we will figure this all out. If you really don’t want to be married, we can get something done, and go about things the right way, in the future, yeah? All I know is that I love you, and just want you to be happy, and not giving yourself an anxiety attack right now.”

          Roman didn’t know how long he could handle this, the urge to pull out his hair due to the woman in front of him, high. Their relationship in the past had never been like this, but then again, in the past, he hadn’t fucked up as badly as he did. If it wasn’t one thing, it was definitely something else, and he found himself so close to just turning and walking away to cool down before he found her legs around his, lips on his. It had surprised him, surprised him so damn much but at her next request, he couldn’t help the growl that escaped him before he essentially tossed her down onto the bed, tearing at her clothes, knowing he’ll pay for that later, but not caring, not when she wants him. Wants this.
