Does anyone remember this old live action TV show where a British sounding man would narrate the lives of animals in a household, and he had the animals talking and having conversations alongside the narration? Like the puppies, the cat, the animals in a pond outside. He used the word ‘meanwhile’ a lot.

There was an episode where the puppies (golden retrievers I think) tried solid food for the first time and were confused by it. I think a tadpole named Todd got eaten by a water predator with mandibles once.

I feel like it was called ‘Animal World,’ ‘Animal Tales,’ or ‘Animal Land’ or something like that. I type that in and I’m getting African wildlife shows.

I think they had Shirley Temple Ads in the previews.
