#utdr#deltarune#deltarune chapter 5#deltarune weird route#deltarune spoilers#SPOILERS FOR DELTARUNE CH5 / WEIRD ROUTE#>>>#alright. ive been a dess knight truther for AGES like pre-ch3 and nothing has shaken it until like 2 days ago#a very recent a quickly growing theory that kris and noelle (or just noelle for some people) in WR / Side B becomes the knight because WR-#doesnt have an ending and loops back into the normal / only complete route . honestly has infinitely more evidence than every other knight-#candidate so far. imho.#initially something that i always looked at SPECIFICALLY to deduce whether a candidate for the knight made sense or not#was 1. the antlers. and 2. the fact that the knight seems kind of. rabid? for lack of a better term#theyre hunched over and drooling and they ROAR obviously. like this isnt just someone in their darkworld armor. this always felt#animalistic.#i dont feel very strongly towards carol knight. if it happened it happened. but i think she cant possibly be the knight because we HAVE see#her in the light world and despite being a jerk she's definitely normal. i dont think carol entering the DW would change her like that#if that makes sense???#so unfortunately that DOES leave rudy knight as a contender in a sense? but despite him being very sick its still incredibly out of char.#we havent seen any instance of a lightner entering the dw and being changed so strongly in that way. or changed personality wise at actuall#hence why dess knight made so much sense to me. if she's lost in the code or shattered gaster style. then she wouldnt be herself#plus a ton of other evidence ofcc#but for everything that DOESNT make sense with every other possible candidate. everything makes a Lot of sense if you assume#that the knight is WR kris and noelle.#antlers. the sword/black KNIFE weapon. kris clearly working with them and not willing to fight the knight AND being knighted if you beat-#-them in ch3.#also like. the RK makes more sense to be something unnatural. because these two drowned together in a route that Should Not Exist.#someone also found that one of the knights sounds is iirc a slowed down version of noelle's scream? im just taking their word for it lmao#it also explains why the knight and kris' poses are SO SIMILAR including X-slash. as well as kris holding their breath being their-#knight fight ACT. and the knight Not being dess does leave room for her being the explanation behind the Song on the other side of the lake
