For people working on the animation team, we look for any relevant experience that has shown your abilities to work within a team setting. We are not expecting people to come in straight off of the field, and you might not have any relevant animating experience - but what we need are artists who can meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and are willing to learn. So basically, anything that might exemplify those qualities, examples being volunteer work, participating in a school club, etc. You are also required to submit a portfolio along with your resume when applying for either of the artistic teams.
