Been meaning to type up a Big Practice Update for the sake of using this blog more – I miss this site as the last place I can be weird on main! this year I’ve been big mentally/physically ill and big trauma/sex existential and in deep watching-genocides-unfold grief and rage while simultaneously in my first stable home in years, big shock I am spiritually pedal to the metal! – and maybe I will but! Atm I am just attracting So Many Foxes.

exploring the river on the western edge of my magical space lately. most of her runs beneath the city but this is where she gets some sunlight, even when she’s just a trickle close to the faint source.

I’m sort of surprised I haven’t explored more of her since I love a good river/associated history and lore? but tbh it’s down a particularly steep, densely forested slope without much in the way of paths and I spent most of the winter coming here at night so avoided those bits to spare my ankles. I went at dusk today and left a lil offering, which is the extent of our relationship so far. taking my time – the river feels positively busy with spirits after so long walking the same routes.
