Honestly, the most meaningful things I could possibly hear is when people tell me that they found my accounts when looking for fan content of the Animals, and not only do they enjoy my artwork/amateur archival work/ramblings... but they also tell me that the work I do inspires them to love and listen to the band even more. 💓🐾✨️ aaAAA the Animals fan community is quite small, among both older and younger crowds, but I am SO grateful for the kind people that I have met over the years, enjoying the content I create for the band!! The Animals truly mean the world to me... inspiring me in immeasurable ways... so I'm very, very glad to know that the work I've done on my accounts has been enjoyed by you and you love the band even more thanks to it!! At one of his concerts this past month, Alan was talking about renting a Santa Monica bungalow from Joni Mitchell circa 1970, when he was starting to be promoted in the US, and now I have to fully comprehend the reality that Alan was in the geographic vacinity of early WAR!Eric for a not-insignificant amount of time...

#learned about this last week and i'm still reeling from it #price-burdon beach episode.... price-burdon beach episode....#alan's been to SoCal with eric before in the animals days buuuut just the two of them??? with these vibes??? interesting.....#i 1000% believe this story of alan's btw because he barely ever mentions many of his contemporaries especially in a gloating fashion #despite the fact that he knew several of them quite closely #he was buddies with graham nash yet never talks about it!!!!! WAHHH #thank you joni mitchell for making my price-burdon beach episode possible with your bungalow... incredible plot for an hgtv show #eric and war traveled to the uk in late 1970 and alan definitely hung out with him and saw him perform there #but there's just something so significant about alan actually being in the states..
