"Aninikad"
Aninikad is a kind of Mollusk., I've searched google for the english translation for this specific edible shellfish..
and here it is:
plicate conch : aninikad (n.)
this dish im sharing to you is popular in Visayan region of the Philippines.
Its delicious, easy to cook(super effort less),budget friendly and very healthy.
You'll need
1big Tomato, sliced
long Green chili/pepper
Horseradish(malunggay)
aninikad shell (make sure you clean those shells before cooking it.)
2-5minute preparation:
all you have to do is mix all ingredients and saute it in a wok. the shell will just produce its soup, then add the horseradish, simmer(add water if you prefer more soup) for a few minutes and serve with rice.
How to eat:
use a safety pin. make sure its sterilized and use sharp, pointed part to pin-out the meat from the shell.
Caution: theres a small brown-thingy scratched to the meat, its like a shell in texture ( you need to remove it, and dont eat it)
__this dish took me, an hour to blog it..hehehe,
