So I’m not seeing tlj until Saturday because my friends are Fake™️ but I saw your ask about r*ylo not becoming a thing (praise 🙌🏻) but i just saw some pro r*ylo blog I forgot I followed claiming r*ylo is officially canon??? Was there a moment that may allude that something *could* happen in IX or is this just the r*ylos reading too much into two characters glancing at each other per usual?

It’s definitely them reading too much into it. Listen, without any spoilers, yes Kylo Ren and Rey do share a certain amount of screentime together. Does it get sexual or romantic? No. They become closer in a certain way for a portion of the movie, but to me it felt like manipulation on some level on both sides. I didn’t feel any sexual or romantic tension, like, at all. Maybe it was Rian’s intention to confuse the audience, but I’m 99.8% sure that JJ won’t let R*ylo become a thing. And given how the movie ends... It’s highly unlikely either way.
