oh A&E what are you doing with your show? Do you really try to make Emma unloved for the audience? If so you are on a good way.

The show´s message is: Family & Hope. Since the beginning, it was all about family. Yet in this episode Emma choosed Hook (again) over her family. Yes, Snow said she should, but she don´t have to do it anyway. Emma become a love puppy who does everything Hook wants. Even she felt sorry for making it “a hard time” for Hook. Emma didn´t do anything worng. Hook did. He lied again CS is such an bad ship, i don´t get why the writers keep going with that. Do they really thing this is a good relationship? If so, there is something wrong with them. and of chorse everybody forgives Hook easily (again).

The only good relationship on the show is Snow & Charming. Since S1 they should be the No.1 couple, yet they don´t get an storyline this season. (Not including the crazy sleeping curse part..what´s the point of that..less screentime for them or what?)

And about the article of Natalie Abrams. The musical will be about the wedding. Yes we know that already. But an musical might get the ratings about a bit, BUT making it about the CS wedding, well not a chance for that now. People who dislike Hook and CS will watch the musical parts on youtube or whereever and won´t care about the wedding episode. So cheers to that for the ratings.

A&E slowly killed their own show. Do they even realise that many people dislike Hook? But do they listen to the general audience (not talking about some of the CS shippers, who get made when nothing goes there way)? They don´t. They have an toner (musical boner, thanks Pitch Pefect) for Hook, thats why the try to make him loveable, but fail, big time.

Side note about the episode: A Hook shadow shows up and nobody knows where Hook is at this time? Seriously? Of chorse its Neverland, how don´t they know this. Writing fail i guess?

Not one hour after bitching about Tumblr recommending Captain Swan blogs/posts to me I got another one. Than few hours later I got another one. So that's three Captain Swan post/blogs turned down today. TAKE A HINT TUMBLR! How many times do I have to say "this post sucks" before you get it!?

Tumblr can you please, please, please stop recommending Captain Swan blogs and super pro Captain Cobra blogs to me. I have said no to every single one for months now and you keep sending me more! I have never used the tags “captain swan” on my blog without the word “anit” in front of it. So I really don’t understand how it why you keep getting the idea that I want to see Captain Swan blogs. I don’t search that tag either. I stay far away it. I have used and scarched the swan queen, rumbelle, outlaw queen and even swan fire tags more. I have a dusty old Hook tag and I do not look in Hook or Captain Cobra tags. I hardly ever go looking in ship tags.

Why Tumblr why? Every time you recommend a CS or Captain Cobra blog I hit “X” and “this post sucks”. So why do you keep bring me more of it? It’s the only ouat blogs you give me! Why not Regina related blogs!? It’s the tag I use more of all with ouat. It’s not like it’s Emma related stuff you are giving me. It’s Hook central by blogger named Hooksomething or colinfansomething or captainsonething with tags in the post all about Hook Hook Hook! None of the people I follow are big Hook fans or CS bloggers. Maybe one or two our of nearly 300 blogs I follow. So please take the hint and stop sending me CS and Captain Cobra posts/blogs to follow. I don't want to or will ever want to. It pissed me off reading this crap. Speacilly the Captain Cobra ones that piss on Regina to rise Hook up as this wonderful father.

So Hook is a Dark One. What’s his look going to be? Or like Emma is his skin not going to change because he needs to stay “sexy”. I keep seeing Hook in SB with his hook and I can’t help but wonder why he still has it. Rumple healed his leg when he became the Dark One. The show was very ableist already with the date episode where Hook decided he wanted his hand back to be fully able to be with Emma. I don’t see that suddenly change with Hook now. If he’s out for blood as the Dark One. I think one of the people he will want to hurt is Rumpel. He’d want his hand back as “in your face! Gone forever is your reminder of beating me over and over again” to Rumple before he beats him. 

I thought we’d at least see more eyeliner on Hook to show how extreme he’s gotten. Or maybe the lack of it. Something to show the differences. His clothing aren’t going to change like Emma’s did. Unless he goes back to his old priate clothing.

Emma has mentioned Neal a lot this season. Well a lot by the piss poor standards of this show. He’s been brought up by Henry, Hook, Zelena and of course Rumple too. I have loved all the references to him. At the time each reference was made to Neal I enjoyed the moment and wondered why the writers were suddenly giving us these lovely moments. It makes the CS fans freak out and I know the writers are all about appeasing the CS shippers. To do that they literally made Neal go away so I was shocked we got so many mentions. It should be a given that this character shouldn’t be forgotten. That he should be mentioned by the characters who were talking about him in the way they were talking about him. But this show has gone out of it’s way in the past to erase Neal and try to stick Hook in his place to please CS shippers - remember when suddenly Henry said it was Hook who taught him to sail when it was his father Neal who in fact taught him to sail. The writers were try trying to force a positive relationship were there wasn’t one and did so at the expense of Neal.

My point is I figured out why Neal is been mentioned by Emma specially. Someone at the writers table must look at the CS story for Emma and tried to come up with some reasons for her to go to such selfish extreme lengths that go against her character. That destroy her character and make her codependent and not even a shadow of Emma Swan. All for a man she may love, but who she’s only been dating for three months and who she wasn’t friends with before they dated. Who went from enemies, to allies to being attracted and chased hounded by and dating. In the middle of the attracted to/chased faze she was in a serious eight month relationship in year she forgot about him. Abandonment issues we know, desire for happiness we understand but still it pretty big what she did. I’m not a CS shipper and this wrapping of Emma’s character is something I find very hard to sallow, so I find it hard to say she did it all out her deep and endless love for Hook. I think the loss of Neal might have been pushing it. Or at least that’s the connection the writers were hoping we’d make. They barely dealt with Emma’s feelings on Neal’s second death. Things moved along super fast and bam she was in a relationship with Hook.  

It’s still be a story of Emma all about a man but writers did flesh out her feelings over Neal’s death and tie her actions with Hook back into the trauma, loss, guilt and unresolved feeling with Neal it would make things make a lot more sense. This is still OCC, but it would explain things a little better. I just can’t buy everything is Hook, Hook, Hook and Emma is just reduced to lose interest and there nothing left in her character at all anymore. Because that’s how I feel about her right now. I feel like I’m grabbing at straws with this idea of writers hinting at Neal to point to Emma’s headscape in way she did what she did to Hook.

The only person she doesn’t seem to care about hurting or protecting her family from or even maybe getting revenge from is 

Arthur - King Scumbag who is responsible for killing Hook, putting her parents under a brainwash spell, enslaving Merlin, almost murdering Snow, trying to kill Emma herself and finally locking up many people in his jail. Those are just the crimes Emma knows personally about. Yet Emma lets him walk around with free pass. Doesn’t take more of his memories to protect everyone or wipe clean to punish him. Nope, she leave him as devotion to keep his family busy. Lucky he never worked out Henry was Merlin’s new favorite because Arthur would’ve killed him out jealousy.

So just how much horrible things has Emma been doing to Hook since raped his soul and forced the darkness on him against his will?

Here’s a few ideas of what she must have done to keep her secret:

Daily/Nightly manipulation to knock him unconscious to make him think he’s sleeping.

Or daily removing his memories of not sleeping.

Daily removing his memories of using magic because as seen in Camelot Dark One magic is so strong and tied to the subconsciousness that Emma was using it against people within hours of waking up as the Dark One without meaning too. There is no way Hook couldn’t be doing the same. 

Unless she’s bond his magic somehow? I doubt that. His hook cut through Zelena’s magic cuff. Not because it was spelled to rip out a heart but because he’s got Dark One magic and wanted to use magic to remove it. Thus like Emma when she started out he was using magic without realizing it.

Emma must be doing something about the voices in his head. Unless he already accepted the darkness back in Camelot? Or is he seeing Dark One Emma in his mind talking to him and he thinks it’s nightmares or cause he’s drunk. Even that doesn’t fly. Emma is either overpowering him or he has already accepted the darkness. 

stalking to make sure if he becomes injured she’s there to “heal him” so he doesn’t see that he’s healing himself. Just like the twice she was watching/waiting to see if his life was in danger to be there to ‘save’ it so he won’t know he was never in danger of dying.

Emma had a lot of up keep in keeping this secret. If he’s got darkness in him that he has no idea his driving him he could also be acting on it. Back to beating and killing anyone who pisses him off. Which Emma would have to cover up and take his memory off. Unless his obsession with saving Emma is taking all his force so he isn’t off angrily sitting in bars and picking fights.

Things Emma didn’t cover for or think of is being the Dark One effected Hook in terms of sensing out powerful magic without realizing it. He is smart enough to see her super obvious locked door, but he knew something was down there - his sword. He also was randomly called over to box in Emma’s house before the group left which had Henry’s dream catcher memories. His magic finding out magic near by.

Save Hook S5B

Any ‘Save Hook’ plot just seems very ugly to me after last night’s episode. Emma completely ignored Hook begging her not to turn him into the Dark One because it’s what she wanted. Saving him was about her more than him. This whole Dark Swan plot is all about making things right for her. Atoning and fixing things. Hook looks pissed and like he might go off the deep end. I feel like this could end with Hook taking the darkness on himself as the sole vessel and Emma or someone else cutting him down with the sword to destroy the darkness thus saving the day to make him the big hero. Things are super pro CS/pro Hook. It’s in keeping with what he wanted for Emma before she raped his soul and forced darkness onto him for selfish ends. I’m sure he’ll want revenge but at the end remember he loves her or at least is obsessed with her because it’s really all he’s got. 

I can see this Dark One story ending making Hook a huge hero and leaving Emma alone. Whether everyone ends up in hell by choice or not I can’t help but look Emma trying to save Hook by dragging him back to life as yet another terrible selfish move. Another way for her to atone for her mistake. Another disregard for what he wants. I know he likely doesn’t want to be dead, but I doubt he wants Emma messing with life,death, fate, hell, darkness, light AGAIN to bring him back. I doubt if he does make some grand sacrifice his last words will be ‘Emma save me’. I just can’t see a ‘save hook’ story that doesn’t end with Emma looks more selfish and continue this cycle she’s already started. Every if she has everyone from Regina to David on her side this time around it’s still the same thing. The man lives unnaturally long life for 300 years. He wants the person he loves to have a happy life and stop this madness. I can only see this maddness conuniting if Emma keeps trying to save him or saves him while she’s in hell. You can’t tell me dragging back someone from the dead will be easy. It cost Neal his life to do it with his father and Rumple had to remain the Dark One. Huge cost! I don’t think Hook wants either of those things for himself or Emma.

The only way to fix this would to have Emma not try to save him even if given the chance. To have to live with things and do it for the right reasons. Not because she had to but because she gets that it was wrong and she doesn’t want to make the same mistake again. OUaT romanticized the crap out so many unhealthy and ugly things in last night’s episode to push CS as some sort of epic love story so I don’t think that will happen. Emma’s character has well and truly been thrown under the bus. So I think there will be a save Hook story. Maybe it as bold as shippers hope just give a little cooling off period but at some point in hell or hell in SB Emma will make the same mistake over again because she’s selfish. This will kept being pushed as grand idea of love. Never giving up and doing whatever you have to for your loving. Jump off a building, damn their soul against their will, split your heart in half even thought you are 8 months pregnant and could die, and so on. OUaT keep pushing these ideas and people keep eating it up.
