My opinion? That's insane, but okey, I'll be overly critical for your sake. I had to put effort in figuring out what it is I'm looking at, and I'm still not sure. My best guess is that this is the stomach of a reptilian creature, dressed in a brown cloak, clenching his gloved hand. The angle of this hand is incorrect; the knuckle is drawn from the front, while the body itself is semi-sideways. Besides that, the shadow you drew on his stomach makes it look like it's filled with tumors or rocks. Concerning the title, never sacrifice readability for aesthetics. If this were a real poster, meant to advertise, no one would be able to read the name "Professor Zor". In that same vein, the Mario and Sonic characters are practically invisible. The line art is not only too dark, but the images themselves too small. Below's a quick visual of what you could implement to fix the above points, but, by all means, keep the original if that's your vision.
