Curing your Insides

This morning topic is about curing your insides aka your intestines. Curing your internal is just as important as anything else. By doing this, you will be able to help speed up any remedies and improve your outward appearance as well.

1. Green Tea:  a powerful antioxidant that helps 'flush out' all the nasty things in your body. This can also helps those who are in the process of losing weight. What I do is drink some tea every morning when i'm having breakfast. Instead juice, water, or any other beverage i prefer drinking the tea. It helps digest the food better and the antioxidants help me with my weight loss goal.

[Note: try to drink the tea unsweetened, it'll be hard at first but you'll get used to it.]

2. Avocado: this is also a great antioxidant. According to shape.com, "Avocados are known for their high levels of heart-healthy mono-saturated fats." this is a good kind of fat that helps digest food better. I use avocado a lot these days, here's some of the things I do:

Breakfast: take whole wheat toast and put some avocado slices on in with some virgin olive oil, a dash of parsley and some tomato cut into small cubes. 

Lunch: I eat a small portion of rice, with beans and avocado slices on the side.

Dinner: I make a light salad that consist of lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Instead of dressing, I again use virgin olive oil, and a little salt and pepper, just for flavor.
