          Anthony was just now getting home, excited to spend the rest of the night with his fiance. He knew he probably should have been over all this excitement, but he wasn’t, and he didn’t think he ever would be. He was just so in love with Takeshi that it hurt. After all these years, he finally found his soulmate, the one person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Once he finally got up to the right floor, he happily made his way to his apartment and unlocked the door, immediately heading toward the living room. “ Keshi, I’m hooooome! “ he exclaimed in a sing-song voice as he plopped down on the couch beside him, pressing a rather large kiss to his cheek. “ So I was thinking that maybe we could go somewhere nice for dinner tonight. I got paid extra today and I feel like doing the spoiling tonight. “

          Takeshi’s smile was apparently contagious because it had Anthony smiling wide as well. The moment he felt his fiancé’s arms wrap around him, he returned the embrace and held him as tightly as he could, letting out a happy sigh. God, he was so in love with the Japanese male, he just about couldn’t stand it. Life was much, much brighter with Kesh around, and he couldn’t believe that he was lucky enough to be with him. “ Yup, it is so, “ he simply replied, looking down at his future husband with the utmost admiration. As soon as he saw Kesh standing on his toes, he quickly bent down a bit to meet him halfway, a hum leaving him when their lips finally touched. His hands made their way up to his fiancés head, tangling his fingers in his hair. Shivers coursed up and down Anthony’s spine when Takeshi suckled on his lower lip, pooching it out in a soft pout when he pulled away. “ I love you too, baby, “ he murmured, resting his chin atop his fiancé’s head as he swayed them side to side.

          Takeshi walked up to Anthony and wrapped his arms around his plump frame before standing on his toes to press their lips together for a sweet kiss. “ Konnichiwa, sexy, “ he purred as his lips began to venture down to his fiancé’s neck, humming as his hands took a route of their own and sneakily traveled up and under the hem of his shirt. He was still on a high from their recent engagement, and the constant smile on his face was more than enough proof of that. God, he was going to marry Anthony sometime soon…he just couldn’t believe it.

          The long two months had finally come and gone. Takeshi, Kinji, Cameron, and Breeze were more than elated to finally be back home in The States with their loved ones. Thankfully Takeshi had regained his good reputation in Japan and the hype of the scandals finally blew over, which meant that he could be at rest and focus on his job and his boyfriend while in the comfort of his own home. Although it was frustrating to be away for two months, it was still worth it to get his life back on track.

          After he and his friends grabbed their bags, they started to head out to where they would be meeting up with everyone else. The smiles on their faces couldn’t seem to fade, especially for Takeshi and Kinji, because they had missed Anthony and Caleb so much and they were finally going to be reunited with them again. They were almost power-walking to find them, practically leaving Cameron and Breeze behind in their dust. That didn’t really concern them, however, especially after they finally caught sight of their loved ones waiting for them.

          Takeshi immediately stopped in his tracks at what he saw before him, his jaw dropping open in a loud gasp as his eyes widened. His heart had stopped in his chest, his hands lifting to cover his agape mouth and his eyes starting to brim with tears. He could’ve sworn that he heard Kinji chuckling at his surprise, but he couldn’t be bothered by that at the moment because he was so overwhelmed. A distance away stood all of his friends holding up big signs that spelled out, ‘Kesh, will you marry me?’, and there in front of them was Anthony on one knee while holding out the ring.

          On most occasions, Takeshi hated to cry in front of people, but he couldn’t help himself this time. Lifting his hands to cover his face, he found himself bursting into tears because he was just so fucking happy. He couldn’t believe it...his dream of getting married and starting a family was going to come true and it was going to be with the man he loved more than words could express. He stood frozen, unable to calm himself down. It wasn’t until Kinji grabbed his bag for him and pushed him forward that he finally found it in himself to finally start walking, his entire body shaking all the while. God, he was such a fucking baby, but right now, he really didn’t give a rat’s ass.

          By the time he reached Anthony, Kinji parted ways with him to walk over to Caleb and greet him with a kiss, a soft smile on his face. Takeshi had finally uncovered his face and attempted to wipe away his tears, but despite his efforts, they still kept spilling over. His full attention was so focused on the love of his life that he didn’t even notice Cameron recording everything on his phone from a distance away, probably with the idea in mind to post it to instagram. Once Takeshi would find out, though, he would make it a point to get his revenge on Cameron.

          Takeshi’s eyes looked down into Anthony’s, his heart pounding so heavily in his chest that he could hear it pulsing in his own ears. “ H-Hi... “ he suddenly muttered as a giddy smile formed over his lips and he let out a happy giggle. That probably wasn’t the response that the other was looking for, but his brain was such a scattered mess from the excitement now that he didn’t even think about the fact that he actually needed to tell his boyfriend that yes, he did want to marry him. This was the best birthday gift that he ever could’ve asked for.
