In-home looks for Watcher + Lahli No. 1-4 by ANKH Studio.
Originally released in 2015, "BVNDO" was a defiant war cry for the overlooked artists of California’s Inland Empire—a sprawling, creative underbelly just outside Los Angeles, where talent simmered in the shadows of the city’s glittering legacy. The IE was (and still is) a breeding ground for visionaries who helped to shape LA’s culture yet rarely saw their names in its lore. That dissonance between contribution and recognition fueled a young, militant Chase Aaron ( @bipolarchoirboy ), who channeled that frustration into something revolutionary.
Alongside his sister and best friend, he founded WTFCAMP, a collective that turned the chaos of their environment into something electrifying. What could have been rage became celebration; what could have been noise became anthems. "BVNDO" was one of those anthems. It was a rallying point for a movement that, for a time, made them champions of their people.
But movements evolve. A decade later, the world is different. WTFCAMP has dissolved, its members scattered. Chase Aaron stepped away from music, or tried to, before realizing retirement wasn’t in his DNA. After a three-year hiatus, battles fought in hell and heaven alike, he resurfaces. "BVNDO" returns—not as a relic, but as a reclamation.
Written, produced, performed, mixed, and mastered entirely by Chase Aaron (with art direction and design to match), this anthem is a reminder. A reawakening. The retelling of a legend that refuses to stay buried.
