"earnest" is the best way to describe the new dnd movie, yea. it's not groundbreaking or anything but it's refreshing to see a modern action comedy blockbuster that doesn't feel the need to wink and nudge to the audience and make jokes about how ridiculous the premise is while undermining the genuine emotional moments it has

well that DOES look like boots in the image - nana or gran (nana flashback/dream?) boots to be precise. it also fits with the theory of ofa possibly possessing deku much like afo is with shigaraki.

and since deku unlocked float he’s gotta have that nana dream sooner or later.. but i do think nana is incoming. her speaking through izuku would b cool
