Two cinnamon rolls count as ONE side and you get TWO sides so you could reasonably order FOUR cinnamon rolls alongside your meal.

Ann Sather Cinnamon Rolls- Made With Paper
Racquetball + Ann Sather + Dress Store + Self-Help Books - 9/14/13 - 10th-13th Things Off The List!
Clockwise: Self-help section; bright shoes outside Ann Sather's; newly-purchased dresses; racquetball in matching shirts, 2013. Photo Credits: Curry; nice dad on Belmont; Poor DLR employee; selfie.
This one's a doozy, so buckle in, folks. Shereen got the day off work for the High Holidays (Yom Kippur/Tax Day). Thank G-d Megan didn't fast, since she was grumpy enough all day.
We started off with a ride from Mr. Curry the whole two miles to the gym, where we attempted to play racquetball the proper way. The only part we accomplished was serving from the box. We got our ab workout from laughing, and our game really took off when we decided to air our grievances. With every hit of the ball, we condemned something from the past week. Then we reflected on the previous night's sermon at Megan's temple and counted our blessings with an open heart via lighter taps of the racquetball.
Our real workout was the walk to Ann Sather's - where our fresh fruit was delivered by the alderman! (For non-Chicagoans: Alderman Tom Tunney's family owns the Ann Sather chain of restaurants.) The famed cinnamon rolls are still delicious and were featured on shows such as The Best Thing I Ever Ate [Megan: or the best thing you never ate, for you out-of-towners]. We split an omelette, 2 cinnamon rolls, and fruit. Then we went back to the apartment, where Shereen left Megan alone for too long, so Megan fell asleep sitting up on the couch.
For our afternoon of togetherness, we went to the dress store. We wanted to go here because when Shereen drove Megan to work for a few months, Megan commented (EVERY day) that the store had new dresses frequently and wanted to stop in. Our goal was to buy something that we wouldn't normally buy, aka horizontal stripes, that we could wear for Shereen's bachelorette party. We were successful in our goal. The comedy came when Megan intelligently wore a button-down shirt to try on clothing, and nearly got stuck in a dress she was trying on. She struggles to try on clothes without Kosher Sister.
Our last stop of the day was a very appropriate excursion to a local bookstore to find each other self-help books. Megan oddly presented Shereen with Smile at Strangers [Shereen's review: I scowled at this book] and Shereen presented Megan with New Day Revolution: How to Save the World in 24 Hours. [Megan's summary: Step 1 - wake up. Step 2 - do everything right in one day.]
