In episode 37 of Kiratto Prichan, "Winter Special? We Tried It!," Emo tells Anna, "I sure hope you take care of those curlicues of yours! Cause I'm gonna tug on 'em good!" (when Emo's team beats Anna's). Anna is all indignant

but when there are only 3 teams left, we see she actually takes this advice and has her maid brush her hair in advance

in order to taunt Emo by showing off her perfectly groomed twintails once her team finally makes it to the finals.

which is just. So very Anna. I'm also pretty sure it qualifies as flirting (for people with zero emotional maturity).

Emo is just lying in bed staring at Anna’s followticket and smiling and blushing... she is smitten.

I bet she keeps it under her pillow and looks at it every night before she goes to sleep.

WOW. MY GOODNESS. Laughed and cried at the same time watching this scene. EMO LOVES ANNA!! She just has yet to realize it at this time...
