Oh wow, I've actually never seen that before! How cool. For anyone who didn't know, Fukano Youichi wasn't actually an animator on Sailor Moon, but he was a prolific artist who drew a lot of artwork for Sailor Moon merch (including CDs, clear files, posters, and cards), promotions, and so on.
