Three times that Annabeth is prematurely called Mrs. Jackson and one time that it's long overdue.

Mrs. Jackson
Leave it to Percy to crack his head open. Especially on Annabeth’s birthday.
Annabeth had been told he was coming back from getting her present and slipped on some ice, falling down the concrete stairs. Of course.
So there she sat, on her birthday, in the hospital, waiting for good news. Her head was in her hands, she was trying very hard not to cry, and Sally sat next to her, rubbing her back like a caring mother should. Paul sat next to Sally, a hand on her shoulder. She glanced back at him before turning back to Annabeth.
"Sweetheart, it’s okay. It’s Percy; he’ll be fine," she said. Then, leaning in closer, she continued: “If he can save the world three times in five years, then he can recover from a little head injury."
Annabeth cracked a smile and looked up at Sally. She threw her arms around her and hugged her tightly. Sally and Annabeth had always liked each other, and Sally was like Annabeth’s mother. Percy sometimes got jealous of their relationship, thinking they were too close. But Annabeth knew he secretly loved it.
"Uh, the Jackson’s?" Sally and Annabeth looked up. A short blonde nurse stood in front of them, clutching a clipboard and pen. “Percy Jackson is awake. Immediate family only." The nurse glared at Annabeth.
"Oh, but she is immediate family," Sally said, standing up. She grabbed Annabeth’s hand. “She’s our daughter-in-law." Annabeth looked over at Sally before nodding, playing along with it.
The nurse sighed. “This way, please." She turned and headed off, followed by Annabeth, Sally, and Paul. The nurse let the three enter the room. It was all white and bright and smelled like medicine, something Annabeth didn’t particularly like.
Annabeth held her breath. Now, there was only a blue sheet in between her and him. Paul pulled it back gently and Annabeth took a step back, confused.
He looked fine. His black hair was a little ruffled, and he had a bandage wrapped around his head, but other than that, his sea-green eyes were focused directly on Annabeth. He smiled as soon as he saw her and pulled himself up a little.
"Are you gonna come here or what?" Percy asked, his voice thick with sleep. Annabeth blinked back tears of joy and gladly hurried over to his side. He tilted his chin up toward her, but she didn’t kiss him. Instead, she gulped, pushing a few stray hairs away from his forehead. “The nurse told me it was family only," he murmured.
Annabeth glanced over her shoulder, spotting the nurse in the doorway. She was glaring. Annabeth looked back at Percy and gave him a light smile. “Your mom told them we’re married," she whispered back.
Percy’s cheeks reddened and he ducked his head. Annabeth blushed too, smiling at him. “Yeah? I kinda like that… Mrs. Jackson."
Annabeth smirked and kissed him.
