Anna & Nuallan - "That snowball went right in my ear."
The snow had finally fallen, several inches high and had kept the roads needing continuous clean up. For the most part Anna and Nuallan felt no need to try and make it through the crowded streets, staying home where it was comfortable and staff cleaned up all the walkways in the backyard for them.
Walking along one of the snow free pathways Nuallan was looking around, frowning. Andrew had said that Anna was out here, although he didn’t see her anywhere…. Where could she have gone…
He was shocked out of his pondering as something smacked him straight in the side of the head, causing him to jump and whirl toward the offender, catching a laughing Anna quickly scurrying away. “That went right in my ear!”
“Your fault not mine!” She laughingly called back, quickly hurrying off, knowing if he caught her she would not be able to escape.
“How is this my fault?”
“You looked like such an easy target! How could I resist?!”
“Oh I’m so getting you,” Nuallan chuckled, hurrying off where he could hear her heading, smirking. “Revenge will be mine.”
“No it won’t!”
He’d smirk and continue running, breaking through frozen bushes as he tried to catch up. Believing he had finally caught her he burst through, grabbing… Andrew.
“Andrew what the hell.”
“She paid me fifty bucks. Please stop holding me so tightly I don’t have the blue eyes you want to stare into lovingly.”
Nuallan shook his head, letting go of his butler. “You were sold out for fifty dollars? Really.”
“I would’ve asked for less just to mess with you.”
“Of course you would.”
“As long as we’re on the same page of things.”
Nuallan shook his head, turning away from Andrew and keeping an ear out for Anna. She wasn’t that good at keeping entirely quiet, she hadn’t had much reasons in the past to hide her presence. Quietly slipping around this time he’d find her hiding behind a tree, looking around it for him. Smirking he came up and grabbed her, pinning her to the tree.
“Hello there.”
Squeaking Anna ended up pushing the snowball she had prepared in her hand straight in his face, making them both stop for a moment. “Uh… sorry.”
“No, you aren’t,” Nuallan shook his head, trying to scrape the snow off his face. “You brat.”
“Oh shut up you pig,” she stuck out her tongue at him, laughing as she helped clean him up. “Ok I’m not to sorry about that.”
“I thought not,” he smirked, moving in and kissing her neck. “Happy with yourself.”
“Oh very,” she nodded, leaning back against the tree. “Are you going to let me free?”
“Nope never.”
“Nuallan…”
“Not till I get a snowball in your ear at least.”
“Pig.”
“Ah you know me so well.”
