#one day i will write that essay on how every small change in marti's season actually make him a different character at his core#and how so many people overlook it because they have this set idea of an isak character#and that even though the story is similar and has the same plot points#the emotional beats and theim being a consequence of each other#makes it a different reflection of him as a character#and the importance of marti choosing his own part with his mom/ filo/ nico#don't even get me started on marti having more emotional intelligents than people seem to recognize#his resilience and being able to take responsibility??#not being afraid of confrontation when he's curious about something#him recognizing his own emotions and managing impulsive behaviour/ channeling it because he cares about people he's mad at#his initiative to nurture relationships !!!#him knowing that not understanding someone's behaviour/ not being able to help directly doesn't mean you should abandon them !!!!#anyway....#martino rametta#skamit

18. Do you read the book or watch the movie first?

ideally I read the book before I watch the movie because I feel like I want to imagine a character myself before an actor replaces that visually and usually the books are better than the movie imo (though there are exceptions!) but I don't manage to do that every time. or sometimes I'll be watching a movie and only afterwards I find out that it's based on a book 🙈

28. What books can always make you smile?

atm I'd say Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston, I've been re-reading my favorite bits all the time lately

wild thing - what’s something about you that surprises people?

hm, I think one thing that I’ve heard a few times from others is that when they meet me they think I’m pretty shy and reserved, when really that’s not how I am at all 🙈 I actually talk a lot once I’m comfortable with people and while I easily get nervous I wouldn’t really describe myself as shy. I guess my bubbly personality takes a bit of time to come out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
