Hei was often in and out of the dorm, spending just as many nights in other people’s beds as she did in her own. She liked company, after all. But she did still visit her dorm regularly, and she was lounging on her bed when one of her dormmates came in. Smiling over at Annie, Hei propped herself up on one elbow. “Haven’t seen you for a bit.” She watched Annie, realising that every time she had seen the red-head, she’d avoided her. Not one to shy away from confrontation, Hei quietly and quickly slipped out of the bed while Annie was focusing on anything but her. When Annie did turn around, Hei was now sitting on the floor, leaning against the door. “Why don’t you like me?” Everyone liked Hei, it was impossible not to. Even the people she fought liked her.
