How does the multiplayer works in destiny and how do I add people to it bc I have no idea who plays it near me like none of my friends do and I read that you can't complete all the missions if you don't play multiplayer and sorry this wasn't a confession I just need friends to play with and one like donwe have to play at the same time? Sorry if this is a dumn question I just don't know from who I should ask and I want to play multiplayer 😪

If you don’t personally know anyone who plays Destiny, there are other ways to find people to play with. The most common one I’ve seen is to just approach people in the Tower. You have nothing to lose, just send them a message asking if they can play with you or help you with a certain mission etc. I’ve helped a few people who have sent me messages, if one doesn’t reply surely someone else will be willing to help. Although keep it in mind if your character is e.g. level 8, someone with a 31 level character probably doesn’t want to play with you. So it’s better to level up your guardian first to a suitable level or ask someone who is playing with a guardian that is on a level similar to your guardian’s. You can also play Vanguard strikes and then send your randomly generated team members a message and a friend request afterwards. It’s all about being active, you just have to actively look for people to play with and approach them.

Another possibility, which is better for raids etc since you can’t really find a bunch of people just like that in the Tower to go and play a raid with you, is to search forums and other pages for fireteams or raid groups! There are tons of people just like you who are looking for people to play with and there are many pages on the internet where you can find them!

Sometimes there are threads about this on reddit as well: http://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/

You can also google other Destiny fireteam/group pages, I’ve seen more out there but can’t remember any of them right now.
