It was just part of her job to show her goodwill for this car wash thing even if she didn’t even possess her own car nor had any idea what a good waxing was. But when the man came by again to pick his car up he seemed pretty satisfied and went off again, so that was a good sign, yes? It was a hot day, yes --- but did she want to get splashed all over with a whole bucket of water she just wanted to go to change before continuing? No. And yet --- to her luck, just one moment not being attentive and she already had it all poured over herself. “No,” She whined out, “why does this keep happening to me?” she muttered to no one in particular, looking down at herself, trying to figure out if these clothes could be saved or if she needed to go home right now and change into something more.... dry.
