I recently came into ownership of a brown anole, and wow is that little thing skittish. Slightest strange movement and it shoots off at the speed of light. Gives me a new appreciation for how scared Jake must've felt in his green anole morph.

Found this little guy acting weird in the grass so I approached and he just let me pick him up, I think he might have broken ribs or something wrong with his legs because he can’t walk up walls like an anole should ::(

Gonna take him home and try to help him, we will see what happens

Green Anole at Da Bee Hive Fo Yesterday 😄

Green anoles (Anolis carolinensis) are opportunistic predators that occasionally hunt honeybees near apiaries, taking advantage of an easy meal. While they might occasionally eat a stray bee or find shelter in an empty hive, they rarely cause significant damage to strong bee colonies and also help by eating pest insects. 🦎 🐝
