it sounds like it to me? if it's been going on for a good while then yeah that's probably medical depression

i've just been feeling... realy fatigued lately for no reason like??? all i want to do is sleep tbh plus i haven't been eating v well b/c i get hungry but i don't want to ingest anything??? idk why foods just taste bad to me even my mum's cooking which i love... i can't rly enjoy anything or get anything started by myself and i can't remember things that have happened only yesterday... i just kind of want to sit but then i get 10102109280 times guilty and stressed b/c i know there's a Lot of things i should be doing and aaaa... 

edit: i've also found it more difficult to socialise... and socialising doesn't rly make me happy that much anymore hhh

it probably differs from what a lot of ppl remember but it's what i remember so ;A;

oftentimes i forget it even exists until some1 else talks abt having one and i just OH YEAH flops over
