My lifelong struggle. I have studied art my whole life. I’ve had a camera since I could walk. I cannot draw to save my life.

I’ve always had to think outside the box in my art classes because I can’t draw so I create other things. I made a bottle out of paper once. I took a proper drawing class a few years ago and started to get it a bit but ADHD so didn’t follow through haha

I have an iPad and Procreate so I have been trying to learn digital drawing as it’s easier to mess up and fix. I write graphic novels and edit them for a friend in exchange for him to draw mine but he’s obviously busy so I would love to be able to illustrate my own work. Or I need to find an artist to work with who doesn’t have their own stuff going on.

My brain just does not get it. But also I am awful at following through with classes. It’s always on my to-do list and I have a few illustrators that do tutorials I really like so I’ve created a couple of cool things. I just need to keep at it.

So feel free to yell at me to draw 😂

Yes! I definitely have comfort shows that I’ll always turn on when they’re on TV, even if I’m not necessarily paying attention 😂

My go-to shows include Friends, Criminal Minds, and Law & Order: SVU.

I can’t have background noise when I’m reading, but I’ll have the TV on when I’m doing almost anything else.
