Actually, it’s two bed:D If you search for Marina’s room, you see the close one with two beds. (But they did it look like one, yes)
I... don’t really care what the actual physical real-world hotel looks like though. I mean, TV shows and movies have ever since taken the exterior of places and then used sets to make up their own interior.
And this...
...is one bed. It has one headboard, not two. It’s one bed.
So, whatever the actual real-world hotel looks like, Detective Conan decided to put one bed into that room and decided to put them both into that bed. ;D
