Idk about you but is it just me or are the Whites™ always claiming to be latinx? Like I've known some kids since kindergarten who are white and have white parents and then they claim they're latinx as teens???? Is it only where I live?

Okay so I go to your tumblr a lot for advice despite never having an interaction with you but here goes. My mom recently snapped, where she verbally and physically attacked me. I ran away for a while and she eventually told me to come back after three days but she hasn't spoken to me since. I don't know how to fix things with her but I just want to pretend like it never happened. What can I do?

i want to apologize on behalf of your mother. im so sorry that happened to you. i dont know the circumstances behind her doing that, but regardless, it was unacceptable behavior and something she needs to own up to. the very fact that she is still blaming YOU for something SHE did is not right.
i know you want to move on and ignore it, but in instances such as these, i would honestly take legal action against her. i dont know your age, but if you are a minor it could lead to you being in a safer environment, at least until you are old enough to be on your own.
your mother’s behavior is not something for you to fix. this is something she needs to deal with, on her own. and im sorry you had to experience that.
