mitchell’s parents aren’t really around; my folks do help yes but they do not have a lot of money so it isn’t really financial help. I really do not have anything to be proud of-- making ends meet is kinda normal for newly wed college age kids tbh like being broke af is hardly something crazy

no he can’t work. Well, he may be able to work soon considering the transplant, but for most of his adult life he has been mostly disabled by his illness. I currently financially support both of us, with help from his grandparents.
