Event 3 - P3 w/ Miloriana [End]

------------------------- Both Mao and his partner, Miloriana tumbled on the floor. Mao had tripped, and ruined their dance. And now everyone was probably laughing at his mistake! But, instead of laughing, he heard screaming... this puzzled him. He quickly checked what was going on around him. Apparently there was another commotion going on that distracted the guests. So luckily, no one saw them fall. Unfortunately, the "something else" is the ballroom breaking down. The ice had began to melt, and people were swerving around to avoid the icicles. "Wha-??" Mao was completely confused. He was too busy trying to not mess up the dance that he didn't even notice his surroundings. He turned to his partner, "I'm so sorry that i fell! I'm not that good with dancing in the first place.. i'm so sorry... And i'm not wearing clothes that are very suitable for dancing..:" As proof, Mao stood up, showing the kimono he wore. He was wearing multiple layers underneath, so of course there's not much room for his legs to maneuver around. "Ah, but no one saw us fall at least!" He said, hoping to at least bring some postivity into this mess. Soon after, one of the hosts had quickly yelled out, "Everyone! Evacuate immediately! Follow me!" The man with the tulip on his head was pointing towards the entrance. But there seemed to be other events, besides the ice falling, going on as well; Mao decided that leaving first would be the safest choice for him. "We better go! I'm still not sure what's going on... I'm really confused, since we were busy dancing and all... but all i know is that we gotta leave soon. You better hurry too! I need to go grab my present first, so you go on ahead." Mao helped his partner up, then quickly went to pick up the present he received on the table. Afterwards, he went over to the entrance with the gift hugged tightly in his arms to leave the area.

------------------------- tl;dr/summary: Mao messed up his dance with his partner and tripped; causing both him and his partner to fall. Luckily no one saw them because everyone was busy trying to not get killed by the falling melting ice.

One of the hosts, Hip, tells everyone to evacuate. Mao grabs the present he got from Akesari, and proceeds to leave the area as quickly as possible.

Event 3 - P2 w/ Miloriana

in response to Again, i'll put summaries at the bottom for those that have trouble reading!

--------------------- “Well, yeah, I’m your partner, if you’re Mao! S-sorry about that!” Mao felt relieved, he had found his partner for the final event! But he was a tad bit worry about the tipsiness of this girl. She did seem drunk.

"So do you want to dance?" She had asked, "I would love to!" Mao replied. Mao helped the girl and supported her with his arm, trying to bring her towards the dancing area. He wasn't sure what dance they were going to do... he looked over at the other partners for ideas. Mao looked over and saw an.... ogre? dancing with an incubus. They held eachother's hands, well the incubus was holding the ogre's thumb, and were doing a waltz. He also noticed another pair of partners doing a waltz as well. M-maybe i should mimic what they are doing? S-seems easy enough! Mao felt very nervous about this, the clothes he was wearing, and the possible drunkenness of his partner may lead to a bad accident during the dance. But they'll have to try. This is part of the event after all. "Errr... I guess we'll do a waltz as well, everyone seems to be doing that so far." He told his partner. He wasn't sure how to do this, He put one arm upon Miloriana's waist, and he held the other in her hand. Oh my god i hope my hand isn't sweaty.. well it probably isn't because we're in an ice castle, but still. Oh god... What happens if i screw up. They both stood there for awhile, not sure how to start. Maybe just dancing in circles will do??? How will he do this? "Uhh uhhhh i guess ill lead first..?" Mao said and did so. It went well.... at least for the first couple of turns.. but he felt like he was about to stumble soon.

---------------- tl;dr/summary:  Mao decided to do a waltz, like the other partners, and tries to mimic them since he has no idea how to dance.

He also feels worried about his clothes, and his partner's tipsiness and hopes that all goes well. It does go well for a while but he starts to feel like he's about to stumble/fall.

Event 3 - P1 w/ Miloriana

Mao was never good at dancing. And out of all the clothes he had to wear... he had to wear this.. It was hard to run in these clothes already, but dancing in this? He wasn't too sure. He was bad at dancing too... but at least he won't be able to step on his partner's feet, however he'll definitely trip over his own clothes! Maybe I should think about this later... I havn't eaten at all yet.. After all, as soon as i arrived, my gift got crushed and i ran out before i got a chance to eat and enjoy the ball...

Mao went over to sit at one of the tables, and settled the gift he got upon it. A waiter came over and brought him some food, along with a note telling him who his 3rd partner was: After Mao ate he looked over at the note, "Hmm.. someone named Miloriana..." Mao glanced over at the dancing area, and saw not too many people were dancing. So a lot of partners havn't started yet.. It'll be difficult to pinpoint who his partner was by who wasn't in there dancing already.. hmm... Mao thought, the name does seem a bit foreign...  Maybe he or she is a giant? or an elf? There are a few elves and giants around here... Perhaps i should ask first... one of the servants might know.. "Excuse me?" he called out to one of the butlers. They were holding a tray of alcoholic drinks. "Do you perhaps know someone named Miloriana around here? I think maybe my partner might be an elf.. or a giant.." The butler gave him a stern look, "Ah yes, i do think i saw an elf. She had pinkish hair, a mask covering her mouth, and a gray dress on. Maybe you can ask her. Though i must warn you, she is a bit tipsy. Probably drunk." The butler rolled his eyes and walked away. Mao was a bit confused. The butler seemed a bit annoyed talking about this elf, and he had a harsh tone. Did something bad happen between these two?.. Or did i say something wrong? Well maybe it doesn't concern me. Right now, I should be asking this elf girl... there could be a chance that she's my partner!

Mao searched around the room to find a pink haired elf girl, as the butler had described. It didn't take him long. A waitress had the flustered girl in her arms. Within the elf girl's hair, she wore a blue rose, and some kind of blue rose bracelet? Mao wasn't sure what people call that, but it was very pretty. She seemed to fit the butler's description with a few minor adjustments, like her mask was pulled down now. "Ah- hello? Are you Miloriana? I'm looking for my dance partner and i'm wondering if that's you?"

The waitress proceeded to help her up. It took awhile, with the stumbling and all, but she eventually stood upright. ---------------------

tl;dr/summary:  Mao sits at a table to eat, then receives a note on the name of his 3rd partner, which is Miloriana. Mao thinks this might be a Giant or Elven name. So he asks an annoyed butler if he has seen this Miloriana person, or an Elf/Giant who might be. The butler gives a description of an elf girl and warns Mao that this person could be drunk. Soon Mao finds his partner in the arms of a waitress, she appears a bit flustered and tipsy and asks if she is his partner for the dance.

Event 2 P3 P4 no clue what part im on

Mao looked at Akesari, his eyes brimming with tears. His gift was dumb enough, but his partner was kind enough to wear his present immediately. "I-I was going to tell you that you could give it to a male friend or your butler, if you have one, but.. I didn't expect you to wear it yourself." Mao blushed awkwardly. "Uh.. I'm sorry the gift was simple... i'm a bit poor so i usually have to sew things myself or buy cheap clothing... I-I'm sorry.. U-uhmm.." He looked at her, "thank you.." He held the gift he received in his hands and opened it as well. Inside, he found a good batch of corn tea that he could brew easily. It was a lovely nice gift. He loved tea. At the sight of the gift, Mao's eyes began to water more, he was happy that he had gotten a gift successfully and that his gift was maybe appreciated by his partner too. "Thank you again for the gift.. I'm sorry my gift wasn't as good.. and sorry for making you wait for me.." He sniffled a bit and looked down, "I-I need to get to my next partner soon. They're probably waiting for me as well.. You should hurry too! I.. I don't want your next partner to get mad at you...." He rushed outside, but paused at the doorway to say once again, "Thanks... i wish we could talk more but we have to hurry to our next partners. And i'm sorry for saying sorry so much but i really do feel bad for everything.. Good luck with your next partner!" He waved goodbye and left, returning back to the main room. ------------- CRIES IM SO AWKWARD IM SORRY *TWIDDLES THUMBS NERVOUSLY* GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEXT PARTNER AKESARI QAQQQ SOBS tl;dr: Mao's gift to Akesari was a pair of boxers and Akesari's gift to Mao was ready to brew corn tea. Mao is very thankful for his partner and apologizes about the current events, he leaves the bathrooms and back to the main room for his 3rd partner.

Event 2 P3? P2? ohgod - imsorryimlatecries

((sorry for the way my writing sounds OTL im bad at describing hahaha qaq also i shall put tl;drs on the bottom now for people who have trouble reading long posts)) ------------------- Mao was in the bathroom crying when he heard a voice, a female's voice speaking to him: “Hello? Is everything alright?” Someone must have heard him crying and came over to check on what's going on. He opened the stall door slightly and peeked his head out to see who it is. A girl with orange hair stood there with a gift in her hands. She wore a brown dress and boots to match with blue tights, or was it leggings? She also had pretty blue diamond shaped earrings on as well. "H-hello" he muttered softly to her. He noticed her gift was in perfect shape, while his was all battered and dented. He felt embarrassed having this person see his gift. So Mao kept his present behind his back. He wondered how long he was in the bathroom. Has the dance started already? And judging by how the girl still had her gift, she probably hasn't given hers away yet, obviously. He had been in the bathroom for a long while so maybe everyone else had given their gift already? Maybe I should ask? But i don't know who my partner is.. I went into the bathrooms before i had the chance to know who... Perhaps I should probably ask this lady who her partner is? "U-uhhh.. ummm may i ask who your partner is for the 2nd/gift event? I've been here for awhile but i was wondering if everyone else had given their gift already... A-and yeah. I still need to give my present as well... but it's a bit embarrassing and a bit ruined.. but, i don't know who my partner is at all... My name's Mao by the way, maybe you know someone who has me as their partner?" Mao talked too long and felt awkward and shy now. He wasn't very use to socializing, and only spoke in small sentences, but he was worried about both his gift and his next partner for the dance and all. He is late... his partners had to wait a long while for him after all.. Mao looked down at the floor shyly, embarrassed to give eye contact to the person while he waited for an answer.

-------- tl;dr: mao is a shy embarrassed butt that is awkward around people and is worried about both his 2nd and 3rd partner, along with his crappy gift that got crushed. He holds his terribad gift behind his back asking the lady that had came over to check on him who her 2nd partner was. [the gift is red boxers with white polkadots if you are wondering LMAO] IM A POOR PERSON OK OTL

Yule Ball yeahhhhh - Event 1 P1

Afterwards he heard shouting. “Alright, people! I’m looking for, ah…" She paused for a moment, "Mao. Is there a Mao in the audience?” He scanned around for the source and found someone with pointy ears waving at him. An elf, ahhh! She seemed to be wearing comfortable clothes as well. And she seemed like a nice person too! But now he kind of wished he made his kimono more easier to walk around in, it was kinda hard to run without tripping over his clothes. So it took him longer than usual to walk over to the person, most likely his partner, since he couldn't run; and his clothes made it hard to do so. Mao took a deep breath, and shoved the upsetting moods and thoughts out of the way for now. He shouldn't look so sad in front of his partner. He needs to get her inside at least. It'll be horrible for him if he just left his partner standing outside.. He then asked the female elf, "Excuse me.. are you Lieke?" -------- OOC: OMG IM SORRY FOR MY TERRIBAD WRITING HUR 3RD PERSON IS HARD FOR ME
