wholesome to counteract your nature-dream headcanon: when dream breaks out, he's so ecstatic that the literal ground around him begins to 'update' as he races around. he dives into the water and axolotls suddenly swim out of caves to follow him around. he goes into the deepest ravines and calls out for the warden, running out as quick as he can, he climbs the tallest cliffs and watch as they become even taller, even grander. he loves it.

So when Dream falls in the water it soothes the burning ache his muscles have and the axolotls nibble at his ears, squeaking praise and admiration as he pats them slowly.
Techno just watches in awe. They have to go to the north as quickly as possible but he lets Dream take his time when he holds in sand in is hand and brush his hands over the corals, the colours sticking to his palm as he grins. Some how both of them never run out of breath.
When the sound of boats are heard, Dream takes Techno to the deepest ravine and for a moment after they enter the admin is filled with pain, he didnt want to be the cause of his land's pain. The ravine closes halfway, giving shelter to the rivals. Dream takes Techno's hand and slowly makes him touch a glow squid. They both float in the water lit by the neon as the squids glance curiously at Techno while Dream keeps his chuckles in.
Techno smiles as Dream looks a lot younger and happy than he had ever seen him. He looks at the glowing ink on his palm. He touches the smooth deep slate, his hand print on the wall when he take his hand back. Dream does the same beside Techno's, the sign of their friendship forever in the deep ravine, just like in their hearts, no seen but forever there and safe.
When they come out of water, the land is more greener as they run towards the tundra the trees more dense and the land doesnt keep their trail, it is quickly hidden by the growing green grass all over the plains. The snow is kinder, the sharp edges arent there. Techno doubts for a moment of he is in the right place as the mountains seem taller. All the terrain is changed and the cold wind is soothing.
The cabin is hidden completely and the forest beside it is denser. The whole world wants to hide their admin and there is nothing greater when nature and admin are friends. Pouring love into one another after such a long time.
