//okay, drabble's back under the cut//
D-ne guided A-ya out of the arcade, blinking in the glowing neon lights of the street. Neither of them knew what time it was, and they didn't particularly care. All they knew was that it was night...If A-ya was able to access his phone, he would have seen his inbox completely spammed with anxious texts from C-ta... D-ne was luck to have a single text sent to her in a week...or maybe a month...
D-ne waved her arms about, makig sure that A-ya didn't accidentally trip out into the street, or something. A cab pulled up, and she quickly gave the driver her adresss. Practically pushing A-ya inside, she closed the door after them, glad for a chance to finally rest her feet.
"So, A-ya, this day spent differently...What did you think?" D-ne asked as she cuddled her new teddy bear.
"...Really, I would have rather spent it somewhere else...Like...I dunno, back in the house." The boxes with his remote control car and helicopter balanced between them.
"Don't deny it, you had fun. If it helps you admit it, I'll tell you that I enjoyed myself..."
A-ya decided not to give D-ne an answer, preferring to just stare out the window of the cab, eating a candy-bar from the arcade.
When the cab finally pulled up into the driveway, the time was 12:03 am...
-tbc- //Okay....another terrible reference, but whatever. My drabble series.//
