sigh, you don’t know how much i want this too. i want him to be happy and actually have a storyline a play a significant role in the show like he should.

On Twitter some people are saying Jos secret is she is infertile. Then Alex gives this big speech like...I don't care I just want to be your husband we can adopt blah blah". Then they get married. No idea if it's true there was no source.

again, i’m pretty sure everything being said right now is just speculation. due to the fact that we’ve had no storyline or direction for jolex all season, it could honestly be anything. i refuse to believe anything until there’s at least a promo or maybe even until the episode airs.

I used to be a big Jolex fan but the writers have been ignoring them lately.I also feel like they might be hinting at Meredith and alex thing with how protective he's been over her since Derek died. Do you think the writers are doing this on purpose?

don’t stop being a jolex fan hun!! those two are worth it (even if we don’t get any storylines). however, i think we’re in the clear (for now) with romantic merlex since ellen confirmed in a interview that meredith is moving on with someone, and specifically stated that it wasn’t alex. what annoys me more than anything is the journalists and reporters who keep asking about merlex and some even encourage it (which like... ew)

anyway, i think we’re good for now, but who knows what direction the writers could go in.

Do you understand why everyone is always talking about their significant others and Alex never does about Jo? I swear I don't get it. IMO he doesn't really show how much he loves and appreciates her but I also have no doubt that he does. I'm wondering if the writers have decided to boot Camilla and try to downplay Jolex? To act like they're not this big love story anymore? But I don't get why they make Mer call their love post-it love or say that she's rooting for them then. ???

I don’t get it. We always have all this relationship talk between people but none of it’s jolex. we’ll get a random mention here or there (like steph mentioning the ring in the drawer) but it’s not really anything substantial. I know Justin’s said he doesn’t want to leave the show, but after all these years of jolex it would be very messy to break them up and would have to be a while before they introduced someone new into his life. but even then, if Jo is his post-it love, how could he ever be with anyone else? i don’t think jo and alex could ever see themselves with other people, which is why jo chose to keep the ring in the drawer bc she knows that her and alex getting married is inevitable. i wish i could give you a better explanation, but none of my analysis has led to me being able to understand wtf shonda and the writers are doing with jolex.
