I lost almost 5 lbs this week!!!
I just found out one of my roommates clocked the fact I have an ed immediately because of my behavioral patterns and idk how I feel about that 😭
Im such a disgusting fat fuck and when I went to dinner I ordered grilled chicken salad but they gave me a side of fries and I was stupid and I ate them so I went over my limit and im at 1200 cals today someone shoot me (;>_<;)
I made spicy cauliflower rice with spinach and its so yummy it is definitely gonna be a heavy rotation meal of mine its so good to increase the volume of a meal without a million calories the whole bowl is 213 calories (the majority comes from the olive oil I used so it has the potential to be way less)
I had to go to dinner with my boyfriends family last night so I went over my calorie limit which is really annoying and I just ended up maintaining but its okay we try again and lock the fuck in today 💔

I did indeed eat like garbage today cause I need to go grocery shopping but I wanna use up the rest of the things in my fridge/freezer I have before I buy new stuff and I only had 15 minutes to eat something before I went to work 😭
6 chicken nuggets (270 cals)
Garlic bread (110 cals)
Fiber one cookie brownie (70 cals)
And two monster energys (20 cals)
(Yesterday I had 840 cals but I forgot to log it..)
I honestly think I prefer doing my omad in the morning because I dont feel as tired in the day
