This is the diet im starting!!! I’ve tried it a couple of times and failed but mostly because I try to restrict too much too fast. This time I plan on followinf the diet the best that I can so that i can get used to restricting again, lose weight and exercise without it all being too much to handle at once. I hope to lose at most 15 pounds on this diet but my weight loss will probably be closer to 10. After this diet i am planning on going into the dreaded ABC diet. I know that it will be hard and probably thw hardest diet i will ever do, I will do my best to finish it. Wish me luck
